• Monthly Subscriptions: These require a 15-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation.
• Annual Partnerships: As noted on our offer pages, annual plans are established as non-refundable commitments for the duration of the term.
• Service Interruption: We reserve the right to suspend access to automation tools and AI agents if payments are not received by the scheduled due date.
3. Intellectual Property
All software configurations, white-label interfaces, and automated workflows provided through our platform remain the intellectual property of Origin Growth LLC. Users are granted a limited license to use these tools for their own business operations but may not redistribute or resell the underlying logic without express written consent.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
In alignment with the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act (KCDPA), we are committed to protecting the data of our clients and their leads. Our data handling practices are designed to ensure transparency and security for all Central Kentucky businesses we serve.
5. Limitation of Liability
Origin Growth LLC provides tools to assist in business growth; however, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. We are not liable for technical interruptions, third-party platform changes (such as updates to social media APIs), or loss of data resulting from user error.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Fayette County or Scott County, Kentucky.
